TYLER S. BROWN

I've always been captivated by the complexities of the human condition, particularly how shifts in focus, thinking, and environment can lead to changes in behaviour and outcomes. My obsessive curiosity for the subject led me to pursue an honours degree in Psychology. But understanding people was only half the battle - driving real change required effective communication. This insight inspired me to complement my degree with a graduate program in Communications.

My formal education laid the foundation for a successful 20-year career in advertising, ultimately leading me to become the Managing Director of one of the biggest and most well respected ad agency in New York City. Throughout my career, I leveraged my passion for understanding people to shape consumer behaviour for some of the world’s most beloved brands. Yet, it was leading teams and mentoring young people that brought me the most joy.

Today, more than ever, young professionals are seeking support, while leaders struggle to maximize their talents for organizational progress. This is why I’ve built Wellbred, and shifted my focus to sharing what I’ve learned with a new generation of soon-to-be leaders, with the goal of helping young professionals achieve more, with less, faster. While freeing up leaders to focus on growing their businesses.
